I Don't Believe That Man Went To The Moon - Martin Noakes - Youtube Vid

I don’t believe that man went to the moon
The deadly radiation would have guaranteed their doom
They’ve never tried to go back, the elephant's in the room
I don’t believe that man went to the moon

On 7/7 drills were underway
At each of the locations the bombs went off that day
A man called Peter Power announced with some dismay
On 7/7 drills were underway

I feel a sense of positivity
A different way to view reality
The truth is that it starts with you and me
& we can make it happen if we come together

On 9/11 drills were underway
That mirrored what unfolded in the skies that very day
They blamed it on Bin-Laden who was nearly in his grave
On 9/11 drills were underway

The time has come for us to make a choice
It started with a solitary voice
But now it’s a cacophony of noise
And growing by the day because it’s now or never

I don’t believe that man went to the moon
The deadly radiation would have guaranteed their doom
They’ve never tried to go back, the elephant's in the room
I don’t believe that man went to the moon

This is the only song that was written specifically for the album. Many years ago I used to perform with a band that sung a few barbershop and A cappella songs. So I decided to write and record a song in that vein. A happy, catchy tune spliced with a conspiratorial lyric :-)
